Mo Dingge Visited the CNCEC16 Egypt Branch to Conduct Research
On October 12, 2025, local time in Egypt, Mo Dingge, Party Secretary and Chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation, led a delegation to the Egypt Branch of the 16th Chemical Construction Company to conduct research and provide guidance, and extended warm regards to frontline employees. He emphasized the need to establish Egypt as a solid foothold for the sustained and healthy development of China National Chemical Engineering’s overseas operations.
During the research visit, Mo Dingge gained a thorough understanding of the work and living conditions of employees stationed in Egypt, engaging in cordial conversations with them and offering his regards.
After listening to a report from the 16th Chemical Construction Company on its nine-year journey of deepening its presence in the Egyptian market, its operational achievements, and future plans, Mo Dingge fully affirmed the company’s accomplishments in localization. He also put forward four specific requirements for the next phase of work: First, adhere to strategic guidance and deepen the development of our base. We must take Egypt as our base and expand our reach across the region, establishing Egypt as the core fulcrum for the company’s overseas development to achieve sustainable growth. Second, we must strengthen care for employees and inspire team momentum. We must improve the service and support system, eliminate employees’ concerns, and fully rally and boost their enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship. Third, we must promote coordinated overseas expansion and consolidate the Group’s collective strength. We should strengthen in-depth collaboration and complementary advantages with engineering companies within the Group to jointly enhance the influence and market share of the “China National Chemical Engineering” brand in Egypt. Fourth, we must advance deep localization and solidify our talent base. We should expedite plans to establish a China National Chemical Engineering smart manufacturing base in Egypt, vigorously strengthen the development of local management teams and labor forces, and build a core workforce to ensure the long-term prosperity of China National Chemical Engineering’s operations in Egypt.
