Leaders of CNCEC16 Visit Egypt to Extend New Year Greetings
From January 24 to 26, local time in Egypt, Zhang Hongfeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of China National Chemical Engineering No. 16 Chemical Construction Company, led a delegation to the Egypt region to conduct New Year visits and a series of research activities. The delegation visited employees stationed overseas on the front lines to convey the organization’s care and warmth, and extended New Year greetings to all employees stationed abroad.
On behalf of the company’s Party Committee and leadership team, Zhang Hongfeng extended sincere greetings to the employees and their families who remain steadfast on the front lines overseas. He expressed full recognition and heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding achievements they had attained over the past year through their resilience in the face of challenges and their tireless efforts. During the visit, Zhang Hongfeng and his delegation went deep into the project sites to gain a detailed understanding of the employees’ work and living conditions. They presented everyone with carefully prepared Spring Festival care packages, ensuring that the company’s concern and support reached every overseas employee.
At the subsequent awards ceremony, the company recognized outstanding foreign employees for their exceptional performance in 2025, thanking them for their active contributions to the development of the company’s overseas operations. Zhang Hongfeng noted that foreign employees are a vital force in the company’s deep-rooted development in the Egyptian region, and he expressed hope that everyone would continue to work hand in hand in the new year to achieve even greater success.
Following the event, Zhang Hongfeng and his delegation organized a symposium with young overseas employees. They engaged in face-to-face discussions with youth representatives, listened to their on-the-ground perspectives, addressed their concerns and suggestions, and encouraged everyone to excel in their roles, hone their skills, and demonstrate their youthful commitment on the front lines overseas. The symposium was held in a lively atmosphere, further strengthening team consensus and energizing the workforce.
